This guide goes over how to use OnePlusOne’s assistant in a Zoom meeting.

Setup

There’s no need to setup anything before using OnePlusOne’s Assistant in your Zoom meetings. You can start using it as soon as you activate your account. Refer to Usage for details on how to use it.

Usage

Here’s an example of how you can use OnePlusOne’s Assistant to record, transcribe and summarize your interviews through Zoom.

1. Create a new interview by providing a Zoom meeting’s URL

2. Accept OnePlusOne’s Assistant request to join the meeting

   

   When the Assistant requests permission to record the meeting, click “Approve”.

3. Zoom will inform you that the Assistant is now recording the meeting

   

   After approving the assistant’s request, a banner will be displayed stating “This meeting is being recorded.”

4. You’ll be able to view the interview’s transcription shortly after the interview’s finished
